Gucci recently unveiled its highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2024 collection, marking the debut of its new creative director, Sabato De Sarno. The collection, titled “Ancora”, which translates to "again" in Italian, embodies a fresh vision for the brand, blending timeless Gucci elements with modern simplicity and glamour.

Held in Milan, the show featured a minimalist approach compared to the theatrical flair of previous seasons. De Sarno’s vision centered on everyday elegance with a focus on practicality. Classic pieces like white tank tops, denim, and tailored jackets were elevated through Gucci’s signature craftsmanship. Standout looks included the iconic Jackie 1961 handbagin bold red, luxurious platform loafers, and sleek, crystal-accented dresses that merged effortless chic with hints of glamour.

The collection also paid homage to Gucci's rich history, with vintage-inspired pieces like patent python leather jacketsand references to Gucci’s signature red and green accents. De Sarno described the collection as a celebration of life, humanity, and the joy of fashion, offering a wearable yet luxurious take on everyday style.
